Daniel Mackay

Daniel Mackay is an assistant professor of economics. Mackay received his MA and PhD from the University of Virginia and his BS in Economics from George Mason University.  Before coming to George Washington, Professor Mackay spent eight years at the University of Richmond and one year between appointments teaching at the University of Virginia.  His professional interest is the market reaction to changes in government policies with a specific focus on firms’ reaction to changing tax policy.
